This immersive training program was created to foster dialogue, exchange, and empowerment among women already working in the audiovisual sector in Espírito Santo who wish to structure their companies, develop their careers, and strengthen their leadership roles in the market. It was created by executive producer Julia Eugênia Guelli (Fogueira Filmes) and filmmaker Natália Dornelas (Dandá Narrativas Audiovisuais).
The 2026 edition featured free classes and was divided into two stages. The first was the Training Plan, held from January 12 to 16 at HUBES+, consisting of five in-person sessions mentored by Julia and Natália. Topics covered included leadership, professional positioning, boundaries between mental health and work, representation, female entrepreneurship, business plan development, budgeting, and financial planning.
The program continued on January 17 with the course's final stage: the Masterclass "The Leadership Journey: Is There Such a Thing as 'Making It'?". This free, public session featured Ursula Dart and Luanna Esteves—key figures driving the local audiovisual scene—in a genuine, transparent exchange about career paths, planning, strategy, and professional development in the industry.
