Fogueira Filmes is an audiovisual production company based in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo. Founded in 2024 by Executive Producer Julia Eugênia Guelli, the company is dedicated to developing and producing fiction films and documentaries, as well as creating educational and training projects.

We believe in audiovisual media as a tool for connection and reflection. Just as we once gathered around the fire to tell stories, we view cinema as the flame that brings people together, a space where stories intersect and take shape collectively.

We ignite every spark by developing the artistic and strategic potential of each project. Our work seeks to build strategic bridges between different territories and perspectives, particularly those of women.

We structure sustainable production models, featuring strategic financial management and collaborative work environments—to ensure security, transparency, and stability for every project.

In our first year of operation, we released four short films, all of which were selected for film festivals. Additionally, our first feature film project was selected for the 16th Brasil Cinemundi (in the development category, in partnership with Projeto Paradiso), marking our presence on the national stage.

Julia Eugênia Guelli

Founder and Executive Producer

Executive Producer and journalist with eight years of experience in the audiovisual industry. With expertise across various formats and media—including film, advertising, events, and music—she excels in the strategic and financial management of projects. In 2024, she founded Fogueira Filmes. She also serves as a financial management mentor at the Instituto Oportunidade Brasil (IOB).

Layla
Pena

Executive Production Assistant

Producer and screenwriter with six years of industry experience. Holding degrees in Radio, TV, and Video from Vasco Coutinho and in Cinema and Audiovisual Studies from UFPE, she focuses on developing films and cultural projects, as well as researching narratives for children and those centered on LGBTQIAPN+ representation.

Marcella Rocha

Screenwriter and Editor

Journalist, screenwriter, director, and editor. Early in her career, she worked primarily in documentary filmmaking; however, the world of fiction has always been a part of her life through movies and her writing of short stories and novels—culminating in the 2024 release of her first fantasy book, "Primeira Geração".

Producer

Audiovisual producer for 16 years. She has led teams on projects across various formats and sectors, such as advertising, film, and events, and works with leading production companies in Espírito Santo.

Amanda Louzada

Press Office

Journalist with eight years of experience in communications, audiovisual production, advertising, and cultural project development. Her career is defined by the integrated management of online and offline communications, working strategically across all project stages—from conception to final delivery.

Ulhôa

Accountant

An accountant and journalist originally from Espírito Santo, she has 15 years of experience across accounting, administration, finance, and communications. For the past five years, she has focused on micro and small businesses, specializing in MEI and Simples Nacional. In the field of education and training, she serves as a financial management mentor at the Instituto Oportunidade Brasil (IOB).
