A formative immersion born with the goal of opening a space for dialogue, exchange, and strengthening for women already working in the audiovisual sector in Espírito Santo who wish to structure their companies, develop their careers, and enhance their leadership within the market. Created by executive producer Julia Eugênia Guelli (Fogueira Filmes) and filmmaker Natália Dornelas (Dandá Narrativas Audiovisuais).
The 2026 edition featured free classes, and the training was divided into two stages. The first is the Training Plan, which took place from January 12 to 16 at HUBES+, featuring five in-person classes mentored by Julia and Natália. The topics covered included: leadership, professional positioning, the boundaries between mental health and work, representation, confronting sexism, and communication strategies. The content also encompassed female entrepreneurship, with practical tools focused on financial management, business plan development, budgeting, and financial planning.
The program continued on January 17 with the final stage of the course, the Masterclass – Leadership Trajectory: Is there such a thing as "making it"?. The class, open to the public and free of charge, featured Ursula Dart and Luanna Esteves, prominent names in the local audiovisual scene. A real and transparent exchange about audiovisual trajectories, planning, strategy, career paths, business, and finance. It also reflected on notions of success, the myth of "making it," and mental health, while providing space to think and discuss the paths and challenges of entrepreneurship, management, and projecting one's own career in the creative sector.
